Privacy Policy

A new session record is created the moment you submit a website URL on the configurator. As you move through the flow, we attach each piece of input you provide to that session. A session can contain any of:

• The website URL you entered (yours, a competitor's, or one that inspires you)
• Your page type, target length, topic, and any free-form context notes you typed
• Your design vibe selection and your writing tone selection (preset chip or custom)
• The candidate research sources we found for you and which ones you kept
• The clarifying-chat answers you picked (the multiple-choice options you clicked)
• The final article we generated for you (outline + full HTML) so you can come back to it
• Basic diagnostics: browser user-agent, referrer, when you started and stopped, how far through the flow you got

We only collect your name and email if and when you click "Send this to my email" and submit the form. Closing the modal without submitting means no name or email is stored.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.

To produce the article, your inputs are passed (server-side) to a small number of third-party services. They each see only what they need to do their job:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — receives your topic, context, brand profile, tone, sources, chat answers, and the homepage screenshot to generate the design, outline, and article prose. Anthropic does not train on data submitted through the API.
• Brandfetch — receives the website URL you submitted and returns publicly available brand assets (colors, fonts, logos).
• Supabase — hosts our Postgres database where session and lead data lives.
• Railway — hosts the web application itself. Server logs may incidentally include request metadata.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any party beyond the infrastructure above.

We use the information you submit to:

• Generate the article you asked for and keep it available to you on this site
• Email you the finished piece (only if you submitted your email through the "Send this to my email" form)
• Reply to any follow-up questions you send us about your request
• Understand which topics, tones, and brands people ask for so we can make the service better

We will never send you marketing email you didn't explicitly opt into. We will never share your inputs with another customer.

Session and lead data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Only our server-side code (using a secret service key) can read or write rows; the browser cannot reach the database directly.

We keep session data indefinitely while the service is in early access so we can study the funnel and reproduce issues if something goes wrong. Once we exit early access we'll publish a retention schedule here. You can always ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

You can ask us to delete every record associated with you at any time. Email batu@a2analytics.ai from the address you submitted, or include the website URL you used if you never gave us your email. We'll remove your records (session rows, lead row, generated articles) within 7 days and confirm by reply.

You can also ask us for a copy of everything we have on you and we'll send a JSON export within 7 days.

If you're in the EU or UK, you have the standard GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). The same email gets to a human who will handle it.

A2 Forge is built for business owners and marketers. It is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the UK/EU) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change what we collect, how we use it, or who we send it to, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
