These terms govern your use of A2 Forge, an early-access content service operated by A2 Analytics. By using the configurator, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
A2 Forge generates draft web content (designs, outlines, and ready-to-use HTML articles) from the inputs you provide, using AI models and automated research. It is offered on an early-access, as-is basis and may change, pause, or end at any time.
You own what we generate
Any content A2 Forge produces for you from your inputs is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You are free to edit, publish, distribute, and monetize it however you like, no attribution to A2 required.
We may keep a copy of what was generated on our systems so you can return to it later. How that's stored is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility for what you publish
You decide whether to use the content, and you accept full responsibility and liability for anything you choose to use or publish.
Forge produces content with AI and third-party research. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or can unintentionally resemble existing works. Because the decision to publish is entirely yours, you are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, plagiarism, defamation, regulatory, or other legal claim arising from content you choose to use. You agree to review, fact-check, and verify that you have the rights to use every piece before publishing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2 Analytics is not liable for content you choose to use, and you agree to indemnify and hold A2 Analytics harmless from any claim arising out of your use or publication of generated content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use A2 Forge to:
- Create content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive
- Impersonate a brand or person you have no right to represent
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service or its rate limits and security controls
No warranty
The service and everything it generates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2 Analytics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of A2 Forge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service (currently nothing, during early access).
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use A2 Forge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
